No response for repeated complaints
I am a customer of Kerala Matrimoni since Jan2020.
This 25/1/24 I took Assistance service by paying Rs 26500/ to one RM who was in touch with me with other profiles.
I paid money gpay to the link he sent.
Second day I told him the profile is not upgraded as I checked my kerala Matrimoni site.
I also noticed my Nair Matrimoni profile is upgraded.
Repeated request unheard, when complained on help line I get resolved messages within minutes.
When asked they say both Kerala & Nair Matrimoni are same, however they wont upgrade my profile in Kerala Matrimoni.
With effective from 5 th Feb I was told when you take Asst service, they give access to both Nair & Kerala Matrimoni.
Again I requested to sympathetically consider my request as my son in USA cannot get access to Nair Matrimoni, they refused

No worthwhilw matches, took paid services , after one months they blocked my access saying someone had made a complaint that I was from some matrimony group. They are using this excuse to stop service

Company asked for personal document to verify account
Hello,
Please stay away from this company. They lure you into subscribing and then a few days down the line they start asking for personal documents for verification that are buried in their terms and conditions.
I do not trust anyone with my personal document such as DL or passport or ID card of any sort because you do not know how it may be used. I declined to provide these documents and they disabled my account. I asked them to refund the subscription amount that I was conned into buying without the document being asked upfront. They haven't refunded and keep telling to provide the documents.
They also mentioned that they do not have any option to refund. Can you believe it!
They should have asked for the documents before accepting the money.
They are behaving like online scammers.
Moreover, I do not think that this matrimonial site is good for folks residing outside of India as there are very few NRI profiles. Website loads the pics much slower too.
Preferred solution: Full refund
